PRODUCT REPAIR POLICY

Limited Warranty.
Extreme hereby warrants that the Products shall, at the time of delivery and for a
period of one (1) year thereafter, be free and clear of any manufacturing defects. Extreme’s
sole obligation in the event of a breach of such warranty will be, at Extreme’s option, to
either (i) repair the defective Product or replace the defective Product with an additional or
substitute Product, or (ii) give the customer a credit for the cost of such Product against the
customer’s next order, or (iii) reimburse the customer for the cost of such Product. The
warranty and remedies set forth herein are intended solely for the benefit of the Customer
and all claims must be made by the Customer. Extreme’s liability under this limited
warranty shall be limited to the total purchase price (less taxes) paid by Customer for the
defective Product. In the event Extreme determines to repair or replace the defective
Product, the Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs (including freight, duties
and taxes).
Notwithstanding any terms and conditions of Customer’s purchase order, the
warranty and remedies set forth herein are the sole and exclusive warranty and remedies
provided by Extreme and are in lieu of all other warranties and remedies, express or
implied, which are hereby disclaimed and excluded by Extreme, including, without
limitation, any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or use. In no event shall Extreme
be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages, lost profits,
punitive damages or similar damages.
Extreme’s warranty hereunder shall not apply if the Product (a) is altered, modified,
damaged or repaired by anyone other than Extreme, (b) is damaged due to storage or use
contrary to any instruction manual furnished by Extreme, or (c) is otherwise abused,
misused or subjected to an accident. The Product can only be returned by our Resellers.

Electronics items must be in factory sealed packaging to qualify.
